So, I’ve been back in school for the last few months and now I’m finally able to take part in the lovely week known as Spring Break. Because I do have a regular day job, I can’t go on vacation or anything, but I am getting lots of fun things done. (well fun to me at least) Cleaning, working on some cutesy crafts which I will display soon, and some sewing.

Yesterday I decided (once again) that it was time to re-arrange my bedroom and desk area. I also desperately needed to get rid of some clothing again, it’s just getting absolutely ridiculous. I think this is the 3rd time in the last year that I’ll be donating huge amounts of clothing to my local Covenant House. I decided it was time to let go of the “maybe I’ll wear it” pile, if it hasn’t been worn in a year I will not wear it again. The (almost) final result is pretty amazing, now I just need to decorate it a bit.

While going through my closet I uncovered many treasures, however one of them was not a pair of classic high top converse. I have a few pairs of all black ones, but strangely enough no classic ones. So depressing! I need to get a new pair already.

I’m sure by now most of you know about my soulmate, my pet bull terrier Biscuit. Well last night, she decided she’s had it with everyone else blogging and tweeting, and that she wanted her own account. And so her blog & Twitter have been created. Sigh, the things we do with/for our animals.

♥ One of the really exciting things that I’ve doing during my “break” is the Indie Business Class given by Elsie, Leigh-Anne, & Jill. So far it’s been really wonderful, and I’ve met a bunch of really talented people.

♥ How cute are these ice cream plush pins!! I must have one for my jackets.

…a Diana Mini Camera!! I want one so bad!! I do enjoy 120 film, but let’s be honest it’s a bit expensive and not so convenient to have developed. So the Diana Mini is perfect for all the same effects and takes 35mm.

Can you believe the premiere of Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland” is just around the corner? I’m so excited for it, and it’s totally putting me in the mood for all things Wonderland. So when I came across this girl’s tattoos, I almost died. (Unfortunately, there was no link to the person so if they are yours tell me so I can properly credit you!) But how amazing are they? A super cute twist on the eat me drink me items! This totally makes me want to go get tattooed! Sigh, it’s been forever. I really want/need to finish off my candy sleeve.

Ok, so by now most of you have probably realized I have a great deal of love for Hello Kitty. This morning I woke up and found this ring on sale at Japan LA. I just about fell out of my chair. Miss Chico actually has the hair bow version and it’s so amazing. To buy or not to buy?! $35?? But it’s limited edition!! ahhhh. My friend Yoshi is a bad influence, I bought it.

I can’t believe it’s already Friday, but honestly they don’t hold the same excitement as they used to. Does anyone else feel that way? I have so much to do this weekend. I hope I get it all done. On Saturday night there apparently is some burlesque show going on, so I think I’m going to check that out.There’s also some really amazing photo exhibits opening, including one that’s fashion related. And I have plans to watch “Handmade Nation”. Apparently you can rent it online at Amazon for $1.99? Oh and by the way, none of those things I just mentioned are actually on my “To Do List”, that list is far more boring.

I just realized I haven’t done an outfit post in a week. I just always forget to take pictures of myself. Plus with moving around my desk/work area the apartment has been a bit messy.
