Growing up I was always a fan of Joan Jett, especially during her days with The Runaways, I think her style was best in the late 70′s. So naturally with Halloween coming up, I couldn’t resist putting her in the mix as a possible costume idea. (Can you believe I’ve never dressed up as her before?!?) Additionally, I figured it’d be a fitting costume for me considering half the time I’m told by people that my hair reminds them of Joan Jett or The Ramones. Since I’m all about simplicity and wallet friendly costumes this Halloween season, I’m thinking my AA Disco Pants + a DIY Runaways Tee + 70′s platform heels will make a great JJ costume.
