This girls of Six Six Sick are always are on top of their fashion game, and I find their style absolutely inspiring. Recently, Tiffany (1/2 of the duo) had the opportunity to preview Quiksilver’s new Spring collection. In addition to doing great mannequin styling, her own personal outfit is really what caught my attention. The way she layers two different plaids and manages to not look like a hot mess is simply amazing. I’m tempted to give it a try, but we’ll have to see. I’m still experimenting with the mixture of leopard and plaid.

I absolutely adore browsing daily outfit communities, but often find myself rolling my eyes at the photos on LookBook. I just don’t really believe many of those girls are actually going out in certain outfits, mostly because they look so staged (in my opinion at least).
So, today while getting lost in the wonderful world known as the blogosphere, I was pretty thrilled when I came across the Flickr Group “Wardrobe Remix”. (I probably deserve a late pass for this one) After said discovery, I think I lost a solid few hours of my life just browsing through all the images. I particularly fell in love with the realness of each girl, a lot of them have blogs (which I’m now following), the photos don’t have any ridiculous added Photoshop lighting, and there is such an eclectic range of style. I was definitely inspired to thrift more, and spend less at F21.
It was very hard, but I narrowed it down to some of my favorites from the group. I also love the style of these three girls, but wasn’t able to take the images off Flickr. The first girl in the acid wash overalls is actually the creator of Wardrobe Remix, her blog can be found here.
